Working in Southern Africa’s Transfrontier Peace Parks and adjacent areas, we are passionate about the development of a viable and sustainable tourism industry that balances the needs of the local community with those of nature.
TFPD was established to provide a service of operating Community-owned hospitality facilities in Transfrontier Parks and adjacent Conservation Areas, and partnership is what characterises the relationship between TFPD and the owning communities at our various destinations.
Responsible tourism and conservation is at the heart of TFPD’s business ethic. We use environment-friendly products wherever possible, with the inclusion of alternative energy sources and the aim of replacing existing energy sources that have a detrimental effect on the environment.

I, not liking safaris, was forced by my husband to go on safari. What a wonderful place that was!!! The setting, the rooms, the staff…. All just perfect! Our safari guide, Andries was motivated, insightful and a lot of fun. We met a lot of wonderful people. Will definitely go back.
Perfect getaway to the mountains. Newly renovated chalets are beautifully done with amazing views of the mountains. Excellent staff and food. Will definitely be back. The best part is very limited cell phone reception so one can really get away from it all!
Absolutely unforgettable place where all guests are together while eating and in evening campfire. In the night you hear a lot of bush sounds, including lions and elephants. If you look for exceptional place in Africa – it’s the right place, don’t miss it.
