Walking safaris are the primary activity attraction at Machampane Wilderness camp. Located near the secluded Machampane River in Big5 territory adjacent to Kruger National Park, this area offers an exciting opportunity for guests to experience the wilderness.
Morning and afternoon walking safaris are accompanied by a guide and armed ranger and are intended as an environmental awareness experience and not as a ‘route march’. Our guides will set the pace to accommodate the walking pace and interests of all guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
